Does each user in EMAPlus (Project Manager, Technician, Admin, etc.) have their own permissions and access based on their roles?
Each user type has access only to the features required for their role. For example, a technician can access data collection but cannot create new customer profiles.
What devices are compatible with EMAPlus?
EMAPlus is built for flexibility, supporting Apple iPads and Android tablets for field service technicians and sales teams, plus full laptop/desktop access for office staff through any modern browser.
Is EMAPlus’ login secure?
EMAPlus uses two-factor authentication to enhance user profile security. Users will need an authentication app, which can be downloaded from their device’s app store.
Can I add additional users after my initial signup?
Your assigned Admin can easily add and manage licenses, and assign each license to a user in the Team Management section.
Are there any additional onboarding costs aside from the monthly subscription fee?
There are no additional onboarding costs beyond the monthly subscription fee. Users only pay for the number of licenses they choose.
How long will it take to onboard and learn EMAPlus?
Your team can be invited and onboarded in seconds. EMAPlus is designed to minimize setup time and reduce the learning curve, helping you save valuable labor hours both during onboarding and in day-to-day use.
Can user roles be adjusted after the initial account setup?
The Admin can adjust user roles at any time in the Team Management section, including after the initial account setup.
